ChatBot Chuck is an AI chatbot builder platform. You can create, deploy, and manage AI chatbots for your business. All bots are governed by ArkHive, our audit and compliance system.
You must provide a valid email to create an account. You are responsible for your account security. Don't share your credentials.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of charge. Free tier has usage limits.
You own the bots you create and the content they generate. We do not sell your data. We do not train our models on your conversations without consent.
Don't use Chuck to build bots that: spread misinformation, harass people, impersonate real people without consent, or violate any laws. Our governance engine will block harmful content automatically.
The service is provided "as is." We're not liable for decisions made by AI bots you create. You are responsible for your bots' behavior.
We may update these terms. Continued use = acceptance.
